Supervisor Operation
Requirement
- Maximum of age 35 years
- D3/S1 in Hotel Management or Eco Tourism
- 4 year working experience in Hotel/Travel/hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Has leadership skills
- Having experiences as Butler
- Accustomed using computer and Microsoft Office
- Energetic, Firm, Able to work multi-tasks and under pressure
- Willing to stay on the island for minimum 1 week, including on public holidays
Responsibility:
- Coordinating with teams to make sure that all operations run smoothly supervise team (around 20 person)
- Establishing SOP for each team
- Liaise with the chef for the daily menu
- Hosting guests and making sure they have a nice and inspiring experience
- Coordinating with teams to arrange activities for guests
- Oversee all maintenance and services in residence
- Establishing stock system & monitoring stock
- Make weekly and monthly report
- Communicating with guests in English and in Bahasa Indonesia
