Puri Wulandari Boutique Resort & Spa is looking for candidates as a:
- Assistant Ecommerce & Reservation Manager
- Civil Supervisor
- Guest Service Assistant (Male)
- Bartender
General Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Channel Manager, and Property Management Systems such as OmniH PMS (1)
- Basic hospitality-related computer systems (3)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (1) (3)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle various guest personalities (1, 3, 4)
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing guest information and reservations (1) (3)
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixing techniques, and presentation (4)
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering methods, materials, and standards (2)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive attitude and a strong team player mentality
- Multilingual ability is an advantage
