General Requirements:
1. Years of experience at the same position should be min. 2 years as HR – Training Officer/ Coordinator
2. Pref.graduate of Bachelor Degree/ Diploma of related discipline with hotel experiences
3. Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
5. High motivation responsible, creative, reliable & energetic.
6. Familiar with Presentation, Making modules, Evaluation/ Asessment
