HR Department:
1. Training Coordinator/ Specialist
2. Recruitment Coordinator/ Specialist
Accounting:
1. Staff Accounting/ Cost Control
General Requirements:
1. Years of experience at the same position should be min. 2 years for Senior/ Coordinator/ Specialist and
3 years for Assist Chief
2. Pref.graduate of Bachelor Degree/ Diploma of related discipline with
hotel experiences
3. Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
For Training Coordinator, he/she is familiar with training matters (TNA/ Modules/ Trainer). For
Recruitment, She/ He has strong network database and knows the psychological tools.
4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
5. High motivation responsible, reliable & energetic.
