Regent Residences Jakarta by Regent Hotels & Resorts Group currently looking for Candidates:
1. Concierge.
- Have experience in Concierge/Front Office at 5 or 4 stars hotel.
- Handle all internal and external telephone calls for guests and hotel departments, providing warm and friendly assistance to all callers.
- Handle guest complaints and report daily occurrence and irregularities to the supervisors.
- Provide efficient telephone services based on established hotel standards to ensure that optimum services are provided to hotel guests.
- Provide warm, friendly and efficient assistant to arriving guests, paying special attention to any special requests from guests.
2. Health Club Manager.
- Oversee the day to day activities that go on in the health club establishment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise all the staffs including supervisors and attendants to ensure high quality of service.
- Inspect workout areas to make sure they are sanitary and clean, and in good working order.
- Manage health club budget and keep statistical and financial records.
- Have related experience in Health Club at 5 or 4 stars hotel.
3. Health Club Supervisor.
- Perform all responsibilities of the health club attendant position while serving as shift leader.
- Ensure that health club attendants are enforcing weight floor policies and assigned cleaning on shift.
- Conduct inspection of fitness areas and properly document any issues.
- Take the lead in building evacuation situations and delegate responsibilities to health club attendants on shift.
- Contribute to semester evaluations for all health club employees.
4. Health Club Attendant.
- Have experience as Fitness instructor.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, clients and members.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility by cleaning equipment and fitness areas, vacuuming and sweeping.
- Assist in participant safety orientation and belaying testing for interested parties.
- Enforce all rules that pertain to the fitness and exercise areas on a constant basis.
5. Finance Manager.
- Assist and provide financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan.
- Ensure an up to date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance of the residences.
- Prepare outlooks for forthcoming months and forecasts for the remainder of the year.
- Minimum 6 years’ finance management experience in international hotels preferred.
- Have experience in Account Payable and/or Account Receivable.
- Maintain a filing system for account receivable/payable records.
- Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system.
- Handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with outside companies to ensure timely and accurate supply of goods and services.
7. Purchasing and Store Supervisor.
- 3 years’ related experience in purchasing and store keeping or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Manage and control purchasing systems and procedures to continually improve the supply chain process.
- Ensure cost effective contracting of products and services.
- Promote compliance internally with established standards.
- Identify and organize adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items and implement corporate policy, products and initiatives in order to maximize cost effectiveness.
