Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
– Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
– Preferred male candidate
– Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed appearance
– Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
– Able to drive and possess a valid driving license
