Requirements :
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in same position at 5 / 4 star Hotels
· Expertise in Food Safety and HACCP
· Minimum Bachelor / Diploma Degree form Institute of Tourism
· Fluent in English both verbal and written
· Strong leadership, positive attitude and has the ability to perform in highly dynamic environment
· High loyalty, good team work and communication skill
