- Duty Manager (preferably Female).
- Guest Service Agent.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Front Office systems.
- Communication Skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management.
- Two (2) years in Hotel Operations and two (2) years of Front Office Operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer Savvy.

Front Office Manager (Female)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury five star hotels and resorts.
- Background in front office, guest relations with exposure to butler service.
- Passionate, energetic and confident personality.
- Computer Savvy.
- Fluent in English, other language proficiency is an added value.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead a multi-cultural team.
- Emotionally intelligent and excellent in handling guest requests.
