1. Duty Manager (preferably Female).
2. Guest Service Agent.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Front Office systems.
• Communication Skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management.
• Two (2) years in Hotel Operations and two (2) years of Front Office Operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer Savvy.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury five star hotels and resorts.
• Background in front office, guest relations with exposure to butler service.
• Passionate, energetic and confident personality.
• Computer Savvy.
• Fluent in English, other language proficiency is an added value.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead a multi-cultural team.
• Emotionally intelligent and excellent in handling guest requests.
