Qualifications (1 & 2):
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service excellence and performance.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- (For position no. 2) Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute high-end dining experiences and large-scale banquet events, ensuring top-tier service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
