-General Manager
Minimum 10 years of hospitality experience, with 3+ years in operational leadership (Resort or Boutique Hotel preferred).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Indonesia.
Proven success in pre-opening and operational execution.

Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

-Laundry Attendant
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or professional laundry environment.
Knowledge of laundry operations, fabric types, and appropriate cleaning methods.
Skilled in operating commercial laundry machines and pressing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks safely.
-MEP HVAC Staff
Minimum 3 years of experience in RO/AC maintenance.
Minimum education: SMA with certification or SMK in Technical Studies (Electrical or Mechanical).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and basic electrical maintenance.
Hospitality background is an advantage.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Willing to work in shifts.
-MEP Checking Staff
Minimum education: SMA or SMK in Technical Studies (Electrical or Mechanical).
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or MEP inspection (hospitality preferred).
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Willing to work in shifts.
-MEP Fix & Repair Staff
Minimum 1 year of experience in the MEP field.
Minimum education: SMA with certification or SMK in Technical Studies (Electrical or Mechanical).
Skills in electrical and general repair work.
Hospitality background is an advantage.

-IT Operations & Automation Staff
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or IT operations.
Passionate about technology and improving the guest experience through automation.
Practical mindset — able to design and implement simple digital solutions with available tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining smooth and reliable system.
Strong understanding of BPM / workflow tools and workflow automation tools.
Hands-on experience with automation tools.
Familiarity with PMS / POS / CRM systems.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot peripheral connectivity.

Valid SIM A (SIM B1 is an advantage).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver, preferably in a hotel or villa.
