DIRECTOR OF REVENUE & DISTRIBUTION
Main Duties :
A Director of Revenue is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories from all booking channels to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in Hotel, Continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Education and Skills :
- Minimum bachelor degree from hotel / tourism / hospitality university.
- Minimum 4 years experience in same yield.
- Experienced in Hotel unit as a Revenue Manager.
- Advance Knowledge and know-how in Revenue Management & Distribution Procedures.
- Advance skill in computer, internet and Microsoft office (Particularly working with excel formula).
- Experienced on developing and using Revenue Management Tools.
- Having experience with Hotel system (Property Management System – PMS), Channel Manager or Central Reservation system is preferable.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Verbal and Written).
- Experienced on completing projects and innovations to increase Hotel profit.
