Head Chef

Requirement :
• Hospitality background.
• Having experience’s to manage daily 700 pax and above.
• Able to manage 50 staffs with banquet background and having pre-opening experiences.
• Minimum 2 years 4-5 star hotel as a Banquet Chef or Executive sous chef
• Core of cuisine – knowledge on International cuisine, mainly on local cuisine (Indonesia)
• Knowing HACCP, FSMS, kitchen managements skill, cost control and menu planning
• English language active is a must
• Able to work independently with minimum supervised
• Self driven and high motivated
• Good interpersonal and good communication skill
• Willing to work at Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang, Banten
