General requirements:
- Hospitality professional with experience in similar position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
- Good communication skills and able to lead a team
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and excellent Customer Service
- Must be Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
