Restaurant Manager

Requirement:

• Candidates must have minimum 2 years of experience in an established specialty or all day dining restaurant.
• Strong acumen on managing restaurant financial performance and profitability.
• Broad knowledge in running high-end restaurant service, and the ability to maintain hygiene, health, and safety aspect of the restaurant.
• Minimum education Diploma Degree from reputable Culinary / Hospitality University is required.
