Job vacancy from Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta – A rich tapestry of Indonesian hospitality infused with the Pacific Touch. Located in the heart of Jakarta, Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta provides a convenient base for guest travelling on business or leisure.

We are currently searching for experienced candidates to join us at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta in creating memorable hotel experiences, for the position of :

1. Director of Finance.

• Level of Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree of Finance / Accounting.
• Experiences : Minimum 4 years in a similar position.
• Requirements :
  • Experience in 5* or 4+* International Hotel Brand.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting management duties, such as performing asset management duties, government reports, tax returns, providing business projections, etc.
  • Experience in Hotel’s Pre-Opening or renovation process will be an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and implement financial control procedures and systems, maintain records for internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven experiences in a diverse multi-cultural environments.

2. Director of Engineering.

• Level of Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Experiences : Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
• Requirements :
  • Experience in 5* or 4+* International Hotel Brand.
  • Work Safety and Security Certification will be an advantage.
  • Ability to Develops Engineering/Facilities strategy and annual budget in determining projected expenses, operating equipment and CAPEX requirements in line with the development of the Annual Business Plan.
  • Knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, And Ensure all departments are trained in safety and security awareness.
  • Experience in Hotel’s Pre-Opening or renovation process will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven experiences in a diverse multi-cultural environments.

3. Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events ( Director of Food and Beverage ).

• Level of Education : Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
• Experiences : Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
• Requirements :
  • Experience in 5* or 4+* International Hotel Brand.
  • Experience in the preparation of annual divisional operating budget and financial plans, includes monitoring budget and expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ability to Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue, driving promotions which delivers great hotel experiences.
  • Experience in managing food and beverage marketing programs, monitor local competitors and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven experiences in a diverse multi-cultural environments.
