1. Human Resource Manager
Requirements :
-Indonesian nationality, age range between 30-45 years old.
-Relevant educational and hospitality background for the position.
-At least 2 years experience for the same position in the related field.
-In depth knowledge of indonesian labour legislation/law and HR best practices.
-Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English (written & spoken).
-Well groomed, innovative, disciplined, enthusiastic, responsible, & passionate.
Responbilities :
-Recruitment
-Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and schedule training.
-Employee relations, communication, counseling, and discipline.
-Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
-Maintening good PR connection with local Goverment Departments.
-Perform any other duties and responbilities as assigned.
