1. FB Supervisor.

• Strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to participate in the selection of the FB Service staff.
• Assist the FB Departement head for making revenue.
• Have the expertise to review all employees performance and provide the training.
• Knowledgeable about the policies and procedures regarding the safety, security and emergency issues.

2. FB Attendant.

• Able to communicate and cooperates closely with the kitchen.
• Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and professional hygiene standards.
• Fast learner specially about the food ingredient and presentation.
• Flexible to work in different shifts.
• Strong customer service.

3. Bartender.

• Skilled in maintaining the beverage inventory and Bar Equipments.
• Able to keeping the Bar stocked and sanitized the Bar area to provide a good services.
• Special talent for adapting to different personalities of guests.
• Able to plan and propose new bar menu.

General Requirements :

• Experienced minimum 2 years at the same position.
• Knowledgeable about basic hygiene and HACCP.
• Able to handle the complain.
• Good knowledge in different kind of food and beverage.
• Familiar with restaurant computer system.
• Graduated minimum Diploma from reputable Tourism Academy.
• Good personality & communication skill.
• Good knowledge about restaurant operational and procedures.
• Fluent in English.
• Well groomed.
• Able to work multitasking.
• Good approaching, suggestive and up-selling skills to the guests.
