RESERVATION
Responsibility :
- Do the reservations for Hotel.
- To communicate with client or travel agent, and able to provide accurate data or information needed by Guest, client or travel agent.
- Work closely to the operation team and deliver the best service to the Guest.
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, hospitality / tourism / Hotel Management.
- 1 Year working experience.
- Specializing in Hotel Management / Tourism service.
