Sijori Resort & Spa Batam is currently looking for:

1. General Manager Hotel.

• The General Hotel mission is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation. His/her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the standards of the product, service, management of human resources and the sales and marketing strategies, goals and results.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Tourism & Hospitality), preferable experience in pre-opening team.
• Department Head experience, hands-on, self-motivated, leader- and excellent communication skills, excellent Host and Guest Relations, team leader, willing to move up.
• A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record. Excellent computer system skills.
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Fluent in English (Preferably in Mandarin).
• Must be has passport.

2. Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM).

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Tourism & Hospitality) with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
• High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong knowledge of business situation in the ASEAN countries, sales & business oriented.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations of from each property.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (preferable).
• Must be has passport.

3. SPA Manager.

• Female.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Tourism & Hospitality).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma and has therapist certificate.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (preferable).
• Full-Time position(s) and can join immediately.
• Must be has passport.

4. Sport and Recreation Manager.

• Male.
• Understand and familiar with resort activities such
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Tourism & Hospitality).
• Understand to manage budgets, organize fitness activities or programs, maintain statistical and financial records, develop new facilities, promoting and marketing the business, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and customer service standard.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (preferable).
• Full-Time position(s) and can join immediately.
• Must be has passport.

5. Chef Executive.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Check freshness of food and ingredients.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
• Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Hire, train and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers.
• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

6. Sales Executive.

• Minimum 2 year experience in the same field (Tourism & Hospitality).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prospecting skills, client relationship and motivation for sales.
• Fluent in English, Preferably in Mandarin.
• Must be has passport.

7. Cook Helper.

• Minimum 2 Year experience in the related field (Tourism & Hospitality).
• Understand to clean, cut, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Understand to use and clean pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Hardworking and willing to work in various shift.

8. Waiter-Waitress.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Waiter and waitresses must be on their feet for long period of time.
• Professional, friendly and team player.
• Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift heavy trays filled with glassware/food.
• Basic math skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Required language(s): English.
