Bar Leader

What you’ll do

• Develop popular cocktail menu for customers, liquor and wine.
• Prepare and poured mixed drinks, craft coctails and variety wine, and beer as well as nonalcoholic drinks.
• Welcome guests and attend to tables
• Detailed inventory of bar supplies and stock
• Advertise and recommendation drink option to guest to increase guest satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports

What we’re looking for

• Male
• Well groomed,good personality & attitude.
• Having minimum experience in the same position.
• Maximum 30 years old
• Having strong leadership and good communication skills.
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Good planning, analyze and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated & service oriented.
• Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
