A. Mandarin-Speaking Guest Relations Officer.
Job Description:
Responsible on customer service and builds partnerships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are attended to promptly. Responsive to situations and activities that take place at the lobby, public areas, satellite desks and driveway.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable Hotel School or University, with a proven work experience as. a Guest Relations Officer in the minimum of 1 working year at a 3/4/5 star hotel.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Computer literate.
B. Front Desk Agent.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests, making room reservations, tracking and reporting room statuses and rates. Additional tasks such as being available to guests who need to report a complaint or request a service.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable Hotel School/Academy/University majoring in Rooms.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin or Japanese language skill is a plus.
- Computer literate.
- Energetic, communicative and friendly.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours.
C. Doorgirl.
Job Description:
Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests at the Hotel lobby, providing directions and information for hotel outlets and events. Additional tasks such as hailing taxi, and other works that involves assisting guests.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable Hotel School or Senior High/Vocational School.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Energetic, communicative and friendly.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours.
