Sales Executive Tenancy
Requirement:
- Managing sales activites.
- Searching and sourching new tenant.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenant to ensure tenant situations.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing in Property related to this position.
- Required skill: good looking, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, target oriented, love to make new relationship, high communication skills, networking, can speak english both oral and written.
