Requirement:

• Graduate of a Hotel Management or other four-year related degree.
• Three years of experience in the same position or proven track record as an Assistant General Manager and
• Division Head at a similar hotel for at least 5 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skills 5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Strong financial management skills.
