Required skills and experience

1.Bachelor’s degree required. (1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10)
2.Experience in audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory and tax service company required. (6)
3.Able to conduct research for engagements/ projects as delegated and provide meaningful analysis/ output for review. (6)
4.Gather information through networking and research to understand broader offerings of Swiss-Belhotel International and awareness of opportunities for cross-selling. (6)
5.Able to do research innovation and trends related to business, industry and economy as directed by the team for use in enhancement of service offerings. (6)
6.Able and willing to travel, the extent of which is based on work location and business needs. (6)
7.Two years’ experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain (1,2,3,4,5,8,9,10)
8.Strong leadership. (1,7)
9.Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. (1-10)
10.English is a must (Written and Spoken). (1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10)
11.Love to work in a team with target oriented. (1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10)
12.Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, leisure market, responsible for Asia and Australia market. (3)
13.Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, East Indonesia market (5)
14.Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, BUMN & NGO Companies (4)
15.Minimum of 10 years of strategic planning experience, including 5 years as an Executive chef or similar role in a complex or cluster property cooperating with a cross functional team (7)
16.Capability to effectively assess food and beverage production and quality standards (7)
17.International hotel chain experience in 4- and 5-star hotels (7)
18.Work experience in Indonesia or other countries in southEast Asia (7)
