Required skills and experience
ü Minimum diploma degree from a technical major at a reputable university. (1)
ü Must have at least a 5-year work experience on any 4-star/5-star international chain hotels as Chief Engineer. (1)
ü Must be AutoCAD proficient. (1)
ü Proficient in technical drawings and layouts. (1)
ü Proficient in Microsoft Excel. (1)
ü Must have a strong background in HVAC/Plumbing System/Water Distribution System. (1)
ü Has a strong background in Hotel Risk Management(1)
ü Has basic knowledge of fire protection system codes based on SNI.(1)
ü Bachelor’s degree required. (2,3,4)
ü Experience in audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory and tax service company required. (4)
ü Able to conduct research for engagements/ projects as delegated and provide meaningful analysis/ output for review. (4)
ü Gather information through networking and research to understand broader offerings of Swiss-Belhotel International and awareness of opportunities for cross-selling. (4)
ü Able to do research innovation and trends related to business, industry and economy as directed by the team for use in enhancement of service offerings. (4)
ü Able and willing to travel, the extent of which is based on work location and business needs. (4)
ü Two years’ experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain (2,3)
ü Strong leadership. (2)
ü Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. (1,2,3,4)
ü English is a must (Written and Spoken). (1,2,3,4)
ü Love to work in a team with target oriented. (1,2,3,4)
