Required skills and experience
1. Minimum diploma degree from a technical major at a reputable university. (1)
2. Must have at least a 5-year work experience on any 4-star/5-star international chain hotels as Chief Engineer. (1)
3. Must be AutoCAD proficient. (1)
4. Proficient in technical drawings and layouts. (1)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. (1)
6. Must have a strong background in HVAC/Plumbing System/Water Distribution System. (1)
7. Has a strong background in Hotel Risk Management(1)
8. Has basic knowledge of fire protection system codes based on SNI.(1)
9. Bachelor’s degree required. (2,3,4,5)
10. Experience in audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory and tax service company required. (4)
11. Able to conduct research for engagements/ projects as delegated and provide meaningful analysis/ output for review. (4)
12. Gather information through networking and research to understand broader offerings of Swiss-Belhotel International and awareness of opportunities for cross-selling. (4)
13. Able to do research innovation and trends related to business, industry and economy as directed by the team for use in enhancement of service offerings. (4)
14. Able and willing to travel, the extent of which is based on work location and business needs. (4)
15. Two years’ experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain (1,2,3,4,5)
16. Strong leadership. (2)
17. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. (1,2,3,4,5)
18. English is a must (Written and Spoken). (1,2,3,4,5)
19. Love to work in a team with target oriented. (1,2,3,4,5)
20. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, leisure market, responsible for Asia and Australia market. (3)
21. Experience in regional / corporate roles will be an advantage. (3)
