Requirements :

• 2 years experience in relevant position at 3 or 4 star Hotel.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Has a good Communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage staff and meet financial targets.
• Guest oriented and service minded.
• Tourism school diploma or degree in Food service management, BA, or related field.
