Required skills and experience

• One (1) year experience in the same position from Hotel (1).
• Three (3) years experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel (2).
• Strong leadership (2).
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (1, 2).
• English is a must (Written and Spoken) (1).
• High attention to detail, team player and able to work in fast pace environment (1, 2).
• Strong secretarial and administrative skills (1).
• Have extensive food knowledge including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and HACCP knowledge (2).
• Up to date with food trends and creating optimum customer satisfaction (2).
• Able to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets and identify measures to cut waste (2).
• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT (1).
