Required skills and experience
- One (1) year experience in the same position from Hotel (1).
- Three (3) years experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel (2).
- Strong leadership (2).
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (1, 2).
- English is a must (Written and Spoken) (1).
- High attention to detail, team player and able to work in fast pace environment (1, 2).
- Strong secretarial and administrative skills (1).
- Have extensive food knowledge including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and HACCP knowledge (2).
- Up to date with food trends and creating optimum customer satisfaction (2).
- Able to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets and identify measures to cut waste (2).
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT (1).
