Required skills and experience

1. Three (3) years experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel (1).
2. One (1) year experience in the same position from Hotel (2).
3. Strong leadership (1).
4. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (1,2).
5. High attention to detail, team player and able to work in fast pace environment (1).
6. Have extensive food knowledge including food planning and preparation,
purchasing, sanitation and HACCP knowledge (1).
7. Up to date with food trends and creating optimum customer satisfaction (1).
8. Able to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets and identify
measures to cut waste (1).
9. Strong secretarial and administrative skills (2).
10. English is a must (Written and Spoken) (2).
