1. One (1) year experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
2. Strong Leadership, Coaching, Counseling and communication skills (1,2,4).
3. Self-motivated, Innovative thinking, and strong analytical skills (1,2,4).
4. Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks consistent with business objectives (1,2,4).
5. English is a must (written and spoken) (1,2).
6. High attention to detail.
7. Strong comprehension of building maintenance and troubleshooting (1).
