We are currently hiring:

General Cashier/ Accounts Payable Officer

With the following requirements:

• • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience as Generl Cashier/ Accounts Payable.
  • Preferably experienced in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Daily job requirements include:
    • • Reconciling bank transactions with payments (bank transfer, cash, credit card) from guests.
      • Reconciling petty cash expenditures.
      • Maintaining payments to suppliers.
  • Familiar with financial system and Microsoft office, computer literate in PMS, reporting system and excel.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized matter.
  • Attention to details, self-confident, proactive and able to work with team.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
