HR Supervisor
General Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in human resources or organizational development or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, with a primary focus on training and development or talent management.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory, team-lead, or senior coordination role within an HR department.
Ability to assess skill gaps across departments and design aligned learning programs.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, and ongoing skill development programs.
