1. Corporate Sales Manager – POP! Hotels Bali Region.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experiences of Bali market.
- Already in Sales Leader position in 3 star hotel will be an advantage.
2. Estate Management Assistant – Corporate Office Jakarta.
JOB SCOPE:
- Supervisor / Assistant Manager Level.
- Finance & Administrative background.
- Proficient in worksheet and other office productivity tools.
- Able to build and maintain budget formats.
- Capable to attend meetings with project teams.
- Outgoing and able to take initiatives.
- English speaking and writing.
3. Chief Engineer – Estate Residences Jakarta (pre-opening Four towers residences with total 2,400 units).
JOB SCOPE:
- Preventive maintenance of all equipment and utilities.
- Maintenance of water & electricity distribution to units.
- Maintenance of CCTV & MATV.
- Management of 3rd-parties maintenance contracts (lifts, etc.).
- Building corrective maintenance in public areas.
- Civil works, including Capex.
- Complaints response and team management.
