1. Beverage Manager
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as same position in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant
- Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
- Professional certification in beverage service, wine, or mixology is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages, including current market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good English proficiency
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
- Hands-on experience in beverage operations in luxury or upscale hotel environments
- Solid customer service orientation: ensuring satisfaction, responding to feedback effectively, and proactively enhancing the guest experience
2. Supervisor – Alice by Tom Aikens
Job requirements:
- Food & Beverage Diploma or certification in mixology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory level in luxury hotel or premium restaurant
- Experience background as mixologist is preferably
- Exceptional leadership and team management
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
- Ability in delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate guests
