Requirements :
Culinary Arts degree or a specialized Pastry Arts diploma
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pastry kitchen operations, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie
Ability to design, cost, and execute creative pastry menus for a la carte dining, buffets, and large banquets
Experience in creating specialized items
Proficiency in managing food costs, ordering ingredients, and controlling kitchen waste
Strong skills in training, supervising, and mentoring a team of pastry commis and stewards
