Skill & Experiences:
- A minimum 1 (one) year experiences and track record at the same position will be advantage. (1-5).
- Good concern with cost & expenses (5).
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage (1,3,4,5).
- Adequate education on position apply (preferably) (1,3,4,5).
- Strong communication skills and proven (1-4).
- High level of customer service (1-4).
