Requirements :
Culinary Arts degree or a specialized Pastry Arts diploma (1,2)
Minimum SMA/SMK (3,4)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment (1,2,3,4)
Ability to design, cost, and execute creative pastry menus for a la carte dining, buffets, and large banquets (1,2)
Experience in creating specialized items (1,2)
Proficiency in managing food costs, ordering ingredients, and controlling kitchen waste (1,2)
Strong skills in training, supervising, and mentoring a team of pastry commis and stewards (1,2)
