Human Resources Manager
Requirements :
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager, specifically within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
-Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration in the hospitality sector
-Deep understanding of hotel operations, shift management, and hospitality-specific compensation and benefits structures
-Strong, up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, and industrial relations
-Proven ability to design and implement service-oriented training programs tailored to 4-star standards
-Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to resolve conflicts objectively and maintain high employee morale
-Proven capability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse, multicultural HR team and hotel staff
-Highly analytical with the ability to handle crisis management and sensitive employee issues with utmost confidentiality
