The Natya Hotel & Resort Kuta Bali (Manage by Coco Group), currently we are looking for talented and motivated for the position of:
1. CORPORATE HR MANAGER.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Law / Psychology department.
- At least 2 years experiences in HR (Hospitality).
- Mastering Industrial relations (Labour laws, employment contract, dismissal, etc).
- Able to create effective and efficient HR system (making SOP, job description, training, and development).
- Strong communication and leadership.
2. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Food Technology.
- At least 2 years experiences of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably from Food industry (Brad & Bakery).
- Strong communication and leadership.
- Strong analytical thinking.
