Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen with bachelor, Degree in Law or Psychology or related field of study.
- Minimum 5 yers experience as executive in Human Resources management, or current position as Human Resources Manager.
- Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, and budgeting.
- Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator.
- Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented.
- Experience dealing with large number of staff and local community.
- Able to work under pressure and highly motivated.
- Energetic and great personality, creative, dynamic, and innovative.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Computer literate.
