The Pavilions Bali, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.

• We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
• Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory.
• Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Position Available:

1. SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR.

• Act as a property Sales & Marketing representative, arranging site inspections, participating in local promotional events and maintaining accurate reporting system.
• Clear understanding of the property’s sales & marketing strategy and follow through on relevant action plans, liaising and collaborating with corporate team.
• Conduct regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and actively scout for new sales leads.
• Property champion of all sales related IT platforms, including BE/CM, partner extranets, reputation management sites, etc.
• Drive local sales, including F&B and Spa, maintain a promotional calendar and create property marketing communications/collateral.
• Overview and assist the Guest Service team with particular focus on the reservation process, coordinate all wedding and events on property.

2. ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER (in charge of department).

• Prioritize, plan, assign, train and supervise a small engineering team.
• Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel, including A/C and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, general building, kitchen equipment and energy conservation.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure efficient property operation.
• Monitors and coordinates the service performed by outside contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion.
