The Rich Jogja Hotel, a four star Hotel with 503 rooms and suites is currently looking for the best team members for the following positions:
General Manager (GM)
Job Requirements:
- Minimal 5 years of experience as General Manager of 4 or 5 stars hotel with no less than 250 rooms
- Bachelor degree from University or Hotel Academy or equivalent
- Experience as General Manager in international chains hotel is preferred
- Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators
- Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and capital expenditures
- Mature, leadership, and result-oriented preferred
- Able to work quickly, accurately, responsibly, and under pressure
- Strong database & revenue-oriented
- Assertive, disciplined, and prudent
- Able to work in a team
- Fluent in English
