A. F&B MANAGER.

With Requirement:

• Male.
• Dynamic individual with luxury foundation.
• Strong Food & Beverage background.
• Very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service meet and know the guest.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and able to influence and direct people to achieve goals.
• Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure.
• Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team.
• Proactive and result driven.
• Able to adapt vision.
• Flexible working hours.
• Good Personal and professional presentation.

B. ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.

With Requirement:

• Male.
• Minimum 1 years experience in similar position.
• Is able to work under pressure and has previous experience of keeping high standards under pressure.
• Is open minded and willing to adapt.
• Strong Food & Beverage background.
• Very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service meet and know the guest.

C. Daily Worker RESERVATION.

With Requirement:

• FEMALE, and Have Minimum at least 6 months at the same position at 4 or 5 star Hotels or Villas.
• Good at English , Good Attitude and Able to operate VHP System.
• Optimize the yield and revenue generating function.
• Manage the room allotment including reporting, group businesses and potential high demand seasons in order to minimize overbooking situation.
• To manage other reservation aspects such as no-show, cancellation and reporting/cut-off days.
• To ensure all the administration and filing system are in order and up-to-date.

D. BARTENDER (Creative).

With Requirement:

• Have experience in same field minimal 1 years.
• Male, maximum 27 years old
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive, creative (like has juggling skill and more).
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Excellent English in both written and spoken.
• Organized, highly motivated and driven to success.
• Good Personality, positive attitude, loyal, responsible and attention to details.
• Be fully informed of the beverage and menu offerings, in anticipations of the guest needs and to delivery highly attentive service.
• Prepare drinks for cocktails service orders and have passion for mixology, maintain a safe, clean environment, which included managing people with discretion and professionalism and occasionally diffusing difficult situation.
• Ensure the bar and its equipment are clean and fully functional.
