1. Human Resources Executive.
Responsibility:
- Recruiting process, analyzing employee turnover and retention
- Addressing employee matters and organizing work activities for a company.
- Preparing and coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, labor negotiations and employee relations.
- Plays an active role in formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management.
- Human Resources coordinators conduct a substantial amount of research, analysis and reporting in addition to daily tasks.
- Handling payroll.
Requirement:
- Male.
- Educational background at least Diploma Degree.
- Familiar with government regulation.
- Fluent in English, Communication Skill & Well Grooming.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Flexible working hours, hardworking & trust worthy.
2. Daily Worker Engineering.
With requirement:
- Male.
- Fresh graduate are welcome or any experience will be an advantage.
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Understand about AC, plumbing, electrical, and water pump.
- Good attitude, friendly and energetic.
- Able to work in the team or individual.
