General Requirements:

• Maximum age (45).
• Minimum 3 years experience as Hotel Manager or General Manager.
• Sales & Marketing background will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal written and communication skill (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Able to lead a team of department heads and ensuring efficient hotel operations.
• Posses exceptional people skills with an excellent working track record.
• Well organized.
