RESERVATION MANAGER
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years’ experience as a Reservations Manager or seniorreservations leader in a genuine five star hotel or resort.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Exceptional customer service through WhatsApp, email and telephone.
Strong experience managing international guests.
Excellent knowledge of PMS, OTAs, direct bookings, payments, booking amendments, upselling and pre, arrival communication.
Highly organised, accurate and capable of managing multiple enquiries without missing follow ups.
Able to train and manage a reservations team to acknowledge live enquiries within seconds and provide complete responses as quickly as possible.
Available for an immediate start.
