Villa Kubu Seminyak Bali is looking for professional and experienced Candidates to fulfill the following positions:

1. E-Commerce.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position.
• Familiar with channel manager, extra net and booking engine
• Able to dealing and liaise with OTA for booking system, including update rates and availability for both internal system and externally booking channels (online and offline).
• Result Oriented Person.
• Excellent in English (other language are benefit).
• Familiar with the ongoing rates, packages and promotions as to ensure all sales are maximized.
• Have knowledge in developing and implementing integrated digital marketing plan including websites, search engine optimization, and other E-commerce channels alongside other team members driving respective digital channels.
• Experience in creating forecast of room’s occupancy and preparing relevant reports on projected revenues.
• Able to join immediately.

2. Engineering

Responsible:

• Understand about Maintenance and repair of all installations, machine tools, buildings and other villa facilities.
• Able to perform maintenance and energy savings in using all purposes.
• Handling equipment, machinery and other installations that use electricity, gas and water regularly.
• Prevent installations, machinery, equipment and buildings against fire hazards and any dangerous situations.
• Handling common work such as, painting and other civil works.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of techniques, civil and weak currents.
• Hotel experience is required.
• A positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Committed to provide a high level of service.
• Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
• The ability to work under pressure works without supervision.
• Able to join immediately.
