VILLA NAYA – AION GROUP INTERNATIONAL
Villa Naya is a private hospitality property in Bali, operated as part of AION Group International. We aim to provide a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our guests, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
We are looking for reliable and service-minded individuals to join our team and help maintain the property’s high standards.
1. GARDENER
Previous experience as a Gardener, preferably in a villa, hotel, or resort.
Good knowledge of plant and garden maintenance.
Able to work independently and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas.
Physically fit, responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
Basic English communication is required as the owner communicates fully in English.
Based in or willing to work in Bali.
2. TECHNICIAN/ENGINEERING
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Engineering Staff, or similar role
Strong practical skills in both electrical and plumbing/water systems.
Able to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs independently.
Able to handle routine maintenance of villa facilities and equipment.
Responsible, reliable, problem-solving, and able to work independently.
English communication is required as the owner communicates fully in English.
Based in or willing to work in Bali.
