General Requirements:
– Relevant educational background for the applied position
– Able to join immediately
– Active, energetic, and with a positive attitude
– Hardworking, team player, and good personality
Assistant Chief Engineering:
– Lead and supervise engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
– Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion
– Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
– Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are strictly implemented and followed
– Manage energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption to optimize efficiency
– Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of engineering supplies and spare parts
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to guest satisfaction
– Train, motivate, and evaluate engineering staff to improve performance and technical skills
Assistant Housekeeper Manager:
– Lead, supervise, and train the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence
– Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards
– Manage inventory, supplies, and scheduling effectively
– Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress:
– Provide excellent service to guests in line with hotel standards
– Take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
– Friendly, well-groomed, and with good communication skills
Daily Worker Room Attendant:
– Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
– Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are well-maintained
– Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
