Human Resources Manager
Requirement :
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in similar role and organization.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and hotel industry practices.
- Capable of handling payroll and BPJS.
- Have good link with Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker).
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership qualities.
- Have great negotiation and interpersonal skill.
- Open minded, well organized, team player and hard worker.
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
